Booking with Liquid Giraffe is subject to the following
conditions: Liquid Giraffe acts as a broker and agent
for various principals and other third parties, inter alia operators,
airlines, tour companies, safari operators, hotel and other accommodation
providers. Liquid Giraffe is therefore not responsible for acts
or errors made on their behalf.
Reservations and payments A deposit of 50%
is required to confirm any booking made. The initial deposit is
non-refundable. The balance of all monies owing is to be received
no less that 60 days prior to departure from originating country.
Liquid Giraffe reserves the right to cancel any reservation made
in respect of payments not received by the due date. Prices for
services quoted in all correspondence at the time of final reservation
are subject to currency fluctuations and airline departure taxes.
Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the
airlines and cannot always be guaranteed.
Late Bookings and Reservations Liquid Giraffe
reserves the right to charge a late booking levy for extra communication
expenses, should the situation arise. This fee will not be more
than $50.
Methods of Payments Liquid Giraffe will
accept payment by cash, deposit, electronic bank transfer and by
credit card. Credit card bookings currently attract a service fee
of 5% of the total amount charged. Credit card transactions cannot
be fully approved until the client completes a credit card authorisation
form, which must be submitted with a copy of the client’s
identity details and a copy of the front and back of the credit
card.

Cancellations and Amendments All cancellations
and amendments must be done in writing. Liquid Giraffe reserves
the right to charge:
- 50% cancellation fees 42 days prior to departure
- 75% cancellation fees 28 days prior to departure
- 100% cancellation fees 21 days prior to departure.
No refunds will be made for ‘no shows’ or unused services.
Passports, Visa and Vaccinations It is the
sole responsibility of the client to ensure their passports, visas
and vaccinations are current and valid. Liquid Giraffe shall not
be held responsible for any consequences arising from the client
failing to comply with requirements. |
